- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My car was hit by someone insured by Patriot Insurance, and the entire claims experience was horrible. It took 11 days before Patriot called me to start the process. I had to call back 5 times over the course of 12 days, leaving a voicemail each time, before I finally reached a representative to continue the process. When they finally mailed my check, they sent it to the wrong address and when I asked them to mail it again, they waited 5 days before finally mailing it. The representative was also unprofessional by failing to return calls, not responding to emails, and sending very terse and unfriendly emails when she did respond.November 16, 2017by Nick Grande
