- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have always had a great experience here, so much so that I switched my primary care to this office after being seen twice in the quick-care. The staff are knowledgable and super friendly. They all make you feel comfortable and welcome and it is clear that they know what they're doing. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient of Dr Merson's for over twenty five years. During this time he has provided me with incredible care at all times. On a few occasions, I have had to see his counterparts (Dr. Kroll, Dr. Dr. Day and Dr. O Maley). Each time I've seen them, they have been courteous, professional, and helpful. Don't believe the mean things said here. The practice really does care a lot about their parents and are true professionals. Nurses are always top notch. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was told to get IV fluids due to stomach flu. When we got there the administrator practical ran to the door and locked it in our face. Then slunck back to her desk completely ignoring that we where there. I understand that we got there minutes before closing but it would have been nice to at least made sure we were okay and had told us where we could go to get some help. We sat in the car trying to figure out where to go and that same woman kept looking out the door just waiting for us to leave before she came out to her car. She knew she was in the wrong.
